Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the Concerned Department, DG Pathshala(DG Setu).
DG Pathshala(DG Setu) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:-
· 1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
· 2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
· 3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like Biometric, Hardware etc, please report the same to our Support Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within minimum 10 days .
· 4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers,(Biometric, Hardware ) please refer the issue to them.
